Go With the Flow

CHALLENGE

Members-only reservation platform Dorsia was looking to refresh its application flow to attract a certain clientele.

The target: 30 to 40-year-olds with a taste for the finer things. Based in New York, they summer in the French Riviera and winter in Miami. They value access and convenience and are willing to pay a premium for it.

APPROACH

No one wants to manually type out their personal details (or open a new tab to copy-paste their LinkedIn profile).

I collaborated with the Product Team to devise a streamlined flow that prioritizes speed and ease while speaking directly to our ideal customer.

RESULTS

A somewhat cheeky flow that speaks directly to the ideal consumer in a conversational tone while making references that speak to their experiences.
