Members-only reservation platform Dorsia was looking to redefine its email content strategy to adapt to the digital age.
Dorsia needed an engaging way to highlight new restaurants on our platform without sacrificing its unique editorial voice.
APPROACH
These days, small plates are all the rage. The same goes for email copy: no one likes looking at a wall of text.
A quick scroll on social media will tell you everything people are dying to know before going to a restaurant—what to order, what to wear, etc.
I created a bespoke email template that highlights all of the juicy details about the most in-demand restaurants, complete with custom illustrations and graphic treatments.
RESULTS
A completely customizable email template broken up into snackable content pieces that can be repurposed across different channels.
This new email series highlights Dorsia’s unique editorial voice while still honoring digital content trends.
